Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute a strategic territory plan, delivering compliant and clinically compelling messaging to neurologists, HCPs, and infusion centers in the assigned geography.

You will build strategic relationships, analyze market dynamics, and coordinate with specialty networks to drive product adoption while maintaining rigorous compliance and CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with quotas.
• 3+ years direct MS sales experience with knowledge of MS landscape.
• Biosimilars/infusion therapy sales experience including buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy networks, and infusion clinic ops.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel in the territory.
• Proven history of sales excellence and quota attainment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, consultative selling, analytics, and strategic account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plan delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to current and prospective customers.
• Develop relationships with targeted providers, clinics, and health systems to expand product reach and patient access.
• Identify influencers/KOLs, maintain coverage, and meet interaction targets with priority accounts.
• Engage in consultative dialogue covering disease state education, therapeutic differentiation, and workflow considerations.
• Analyze sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competition to meet quarterly and annual territory goals.
• Collaborate with practice managers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers to support product access and administration.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking in line with policy and regulatory standards.
