Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines seeks a driven Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches, including pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Track record of meeting quota and territory goals.
• Evidence of year-over-year performance improvement.
