Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking an Account Manager to drive promotion of our psychiatry portfolio in the Green Bay/Fox Valley area. You will lead sales strategies, build key relationships, and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities within assigned accounts.

The role requires 2+ years pharma sales experience, a 40-mile radius living constraint, and a valid driver's license. Travel up to 40% may be needed across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to score highly on disease and product training exams.
• Strong work ethic, communication skills and adaptability.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and drive sales performance.
• Develop and execute business plans and account leadership strategies.
• Deliver clear, compelling messages to customers and close calls with commitments.
