Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a patient-centered Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings in the Burbank area. You will tailor treatment plans to real-life activities, promoting independence and safety for clients with neurological and complex medical needs.

You will work autonomously within a collaborative team of therapists, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current CPR Certification and active state license required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
• Able to handle physically demanding tasks and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient progress to treatment team and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize outcomes.
