Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate clients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and support safety in real-life environments such as kitchens, stores, restaurants, and workplaces.

The role emphasizes autonomous work within a collaborative team of therapists, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations with home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team, patient, family, and other disciplines.
