Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Farmington, ME is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide neuro-home/community services. You will perform evaluations, create personalized plans, and support patients in regaining independence in ADLs, cognition, safety, and daily activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification and at least 1 year of OT experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Discharge evaluations with home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
