Qualifications

• High school diploma with six years directly related experience; or a bachelor’s degree with two years directly related experience; or a Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Four years of Network experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, controllers and monitoring applications.
• Knowledge of communication or information systems, voice and data networking operations, networking protocols, security, and wireless communications.

Responsibilities

• Supports network services and resolves complex technical issues to maximize team effectiveness.
• Responsible for timely resolution of network issues and contributing to projects.
• Generates documentation, communications, processes, and plans to mitigate disruption from changes in the network.
• Transfers knowledge to peers and staff while maintaining high professional standards and customer service.
