Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years directly related experience; or a high school diploma and nine years directly related experience; or a Masters’ degree and 3 years directly related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and resolves complex network issues; evaluates and mitigates disruptions related to network design, management, implementation and operations.
• Generates documentation, communications, processes, and educational plans to support change management and customer service.
