Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and solving technical problems in Datacenter/IP networks.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in this capacity.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring in a project setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for post-sales service needs.
• Coordinate with accounts team on service delivery and sales alignment.
• Assist in meeting SLAs and expedite critical issues with support teams.
• Lead customer review meetings and periodic service reports.
• Document and share customer network solutions knowledge with internal teams.
