Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Technology Consultant to provide edge-to-cloud technology guidance to external customers and internal teams. You’ll be the trusted advisor, delivering solutions, staying current on technologies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, use Salesforce for case tracking, and lead or assist on project efforts, including after-hours on-call rotation, to meet contractual delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; 5+ years of experience in technology consulting or equivalent.
• Some on-call and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues; prioritize urgent cases.
• Use Salesforce to track repairs, maintain records, and close cases timely.
• Validate and implement technical solutions to resolve issues for customers and internal teams.
• Work with customers and technical teams to deliver clear, efficient support and strong outcomes.
• Attend weekly internal and customer calls and complete tasks within project cycles.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support and respond within timelines.
