Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Federal Government Technical Service Advisor to provide technology consulting and post-sales support in Wisconsin. This on-site role requires strong customer-facing leadership and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to meet SLAs and drive revenue opportunities.

The candidate should have 4+ years in design/implementation for Datacenter and IP/MPLS networks, plus a Bachelor's in a related field; US citizenship and clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, implementing and solving tech problems for Datacenter/Networking in customer-facing roles.
• 4+ years customer-facing experience in this capacity.
• Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the single customer contact for post-sales service needs and advocate for the customer.
• Coordinate with accounts team on services sales and delivery; support SLAs and issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor teammates; engage with HPE engineering to improve product quality; deliver status reports.
