Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Federal Government Technical Service Advisor focused on security clearance and US government engagements. The role emphasizes onsite work at an HPE office, delivering technical consulting, solution delivery, and customer success across complex datacenter and network deployments.

You will act as a trusted advisor, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue through delivering proactive services, solution guidance, and collaboration

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing/implementing complex Datacenter/IP/MPLS networks for customers
• Strong customer-facing engagement and relationship-building experience
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
• Industry certifications such as JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE are a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate and single point of contact for post-sales service needs
• Coordinate with accounts team on services sales and delivery
• Support and escalate issues per SLAs and work with internal teams to resolve
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Advanced Services, Education Services, and engineering
• Prepare and present status reports and service reviews to customers
