Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizenship and eligibility for US government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams.
• Act as trusted advisor and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Shape technical direction and strategies; contribute to revenue and customer success goals.
• Manage post-sales service needs as single customer contact and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead reviews, escalate critical issues, and coordinate with GTAC for proactive updates.
