Qualifications

• Deep understanding of core IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, QoS, VLAN, STP, IPSEC, NAT, IPv6).
• Experience with Layer2/Layer3 protocols (VRRP, OSPF, BGP, Multicast, MPLS VPN).
• Amiable communication and interpersonal skills.
• HPE product certifications (JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE) or industry equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single customer contact for post-sales service needs.
• Coordinate with services sales and delivery.
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams.
• Lead customer review meetings and service business reviews.
• Maintain customer network solutions knowledge.
• Track assets and contract information.
