Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Project Manager to support network service implementation for the OES 911 project. You will coordinate multiple circuit types (AVPN, ASE, ADI, HVS/VoIP) and manage testing, turn-up, and stakeholder communications to keep milestones on track.

You will drive end-to-end project execution, collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and field resources, and maintain rigorous documentation and status reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing telecommunications, network implementation, or service delivery projects.
• Working knowledge of circuit-based services such as AVPN, ASE, ADI, Ethernet, VPN, internet access, or VoIP-related services.
• Experience coordinating service installation, testing, turn-up, and activation activities.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or service orders simultaneously.
• Experience working with technical teams, field operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a large enterprise telecommunications environment.

Responsibilities

• Support network service implementation efforts for the OES 911 project and related service delivery initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project activities for network service implementations.
• Coordinate delivery of multiple circuit types and services (AVPN, ASE, ADI, HVS/VoIP).
• Track project milestones, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, field resources, and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Support test and turn-up activities for AVPN and related services.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
• Identify risks or blockers and escalate as needed.
• Assist with service readiness, installation activities, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality.
