Job summary

Astound is seeking a Voice Implementation Project Manager II to lead the service delivery from order submission to customer acceptance of VoIP and Hosted Voice services.

You will manage projects for complex VoIP deployments (SIP/PRI/Analog), handle Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects, and coordinate with customers, vendors, network engineers, and field teams. Occasional travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of voice service installation or back-end support.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of VOIP, SIP, PRI, and Analog protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% locally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and clear communication with the customer to manage expectations.
• Discover and record customer requirements, call flows, and desired features.
• Respond to technical questions about VoIP/Hosted Voice capabilities and design.
• Prioritize workload based on business objectives and timelines.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, testing, and training.
• Coordinate with Customer, Vendors, Network Engineering, and Field Technicians.
• Provide post-install support for issue resolution and training.
• Escalate to the Voice Implementation Manager as needed.
• Assist senior managers on implementation projects in market.
