Job summary

Optomi in partnership with a leading telecommunications company seeks a Technical Project Manager to coordinate resources, stakeholders and drive network wiring, turn-up, migrations and cutovers. The role focuses on project coordination, communication, organization, and delivering results across cross-functional teams.

You will lead meetings with Field Operations and support teams, track progress, and provide technical leadership for service delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in project management or coordination in telecom/technical environment.
Ability to read Circuit Layer Records (CLR) and complex schematics/designs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate resources for wiring, turn-up, migrations, and network cutovers.
Work with Field Operations, support teams, and network resources.
Coordinate meetings and ensure the right stakeholders are involved.
Track project progress and communicate updates or setbacks to leadership.
Align cross-functional teams and drive projects toward completion.
Provide technical leadership and support for network service assurance and delivery.
Review technical documentation, circuit records, schematics, and network designs.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and database issues.
Use Microsoft Office for scheduling, communication, and project coordination.
