Job summary

Astound is seeking a Voice Implementation Project Manager II to own the service delivery process from order submission through customer acceptance of delivered Voice Services. You will manage projects to install complex VoIP, SIP, PRI, and Hosted Voice services, including Moves Adds, Changes, and Disconnects.

Travel up to 25% to client sites; coordinate with Customer, Network Engineering, Field Technicians, and Repair resources to ensure successful design, configuration, and implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Voice service installation or back‑end support.
• 1+ year Project Management experience.
• Extensive working knowledge of VOIP, SIP, PRI, and Analog Protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and clear communication with the customer and deliver an exceptional customer experience during service delivery.
• Discover and record customer requirements, call flows, and desired system features.
• Facilitate responses to technical questions related to VoIP/Hosted Voice features and design.
