Job summary

Astound is seeking a Voice Implementation Project Manager II to own the service delivery from order submission to customer acceptance of VoIP and Hosted Voice services. You will manage projects to install complex VoIP, SIP/PRI/Analog, and Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects.

The role requires 5+ years in voice service installation, 1+ year of project management, and strong communication skills. Expect up to 25% local travel; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in voice service installation or back-end support.
• Minimum 1+ year of Project Management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of VOIP, SIP, PRI, and Analog protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with the customer and manage expectations.
• Record customer requirements, call flows, and features.
• Answer technical questions about VoIP/Hosted Voice services and design.
• Prioritize workload based on business objectives.
• Travel to customer site for installation and training.
• Coordinate with Customer, Vendors, Network Engineering and Field staff.
