Job summary

Airspace is seeking an Operations Manager to own sector performance and escalations, partnering with Revenue, Network, R&D, and Finance to shape SOPs and drive improvements. You will lead staffing, onboarding, and coaching across a 24/7/365 coverage model, and own training initiatives including WorkRamp.

The role requires proven operations leadership in time-critical logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong cross-functional influence across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-performing operations teams in time-critical settings.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Revenue, Network, Finance, QA, and R&D.
• Experience defining and driving sector KPIs and escalation processes.
• Ability to coach and develop frontline leaders and managers.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own sector performance and escalations, protecting service levels and driving improvements.
• Represent your sector in major customer meetings and cross-functional deployments.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, and compensation decisions with senior management.
• Own training and enablement, including management of the WorkRamp platform.
• Set regular cadence with leaders, drive SAR prep, and develop coaching plans for teams.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with OKRs.
