Responsibilities

• Recruit and help build a high-performing team of service professionals.
• Develop, coach, and mentor technicians and other team members.
• Help drive revenue growth, productivity, and operational performance.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coach team members on sales, customer service, communication, and performance.
• Establish and maintain high standards of accountability.
• Help improve operational systems, processes, and workflows.
• Identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Work closely with company leadership on growth initiatives and performance goals.
