Job summary

Gatik seeks a Sr. Manager, Network Design & Optimization to lead the design and optimization of autonomous networks for its middle-mile operations in Santa Clara, CA.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Operations and Product to scale freight-only operations using data-driven network solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field (MBA preferred), 5+ years in strategic/analytic roles, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and Python skills with AI workflow automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science discipline required.
• 5+ years of work experience in strategic, analytical and/or customer facing role.
• Hands-on experience solving complex problems and implementing scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics tools; Python preferred.
• Experience with AI tools to automate workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Gatik’s autonomous networks.
• Drive implementation and scaling of tools, capabilities, and processes.
• Analyze customer network data and prepare optimized networks and proposals.
• Structure complex problems and deliver insights to leadership.
• Support B2B sales with data analysis, routing and proposal drafting.
• Lead end-to-end projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Explain business requirements to technical teams and align product development.
• Conduct industry and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders including senior executives.
