Job summary
Origence, a fintech leader in SaaS lending solutions, seeks a Manager, Network Operations to lead the teams responsible for monitoring, production support, and operational readiness. You will drive reliability across applications and services, partner with DevOps and Security, and guide automation initiatives.
You will shape an engineering culture focused on ownership, measurable standards, and continuous improvement, while developing talent and ensuring timely incident response and service
Qualifications
- 15+ years combined experience in network operations, site reliability, or DevOps environments.
- Experience leading 24x7 production ops and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to implement automation and improve service reliability.
Responsibilities
- Own operating model for continuous monitoring and support of production apps, infrastructure, and networks.
- Lead incident, problem and change management with cross-functional partners.
- Develop automation roadmaps and drive scalable operational practices.
- Ensure production readiness through comprehensive validation and documentation.
- Lead and mentor Network Operations personnel and contractors.
