Crusoe Energy Systems LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Manager Engineering, Network Operations to own production reliability for a global edge, backbone, data center fabric, and GPU cluster network. You will lead incident response, RCA, and on-call excellence across 24x7 operations.

You will build and scale the org, define SLIs/SLOs, partner with Architecture and Deployment, and drive automation to reduce toil. Exceptional leadership and communication with executives are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in network engineering/operations.
• 4+ years managing engineers or engineering managers in a large-scale, 24x7 infra.
• Experience owning production reliability across multi-region device fleets.
• Strong ability to communicate with executives and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead the organization across multiple sites and time zones.
• Own production reliability for global edge, backbone, data center, and GPU networks.
• Own incident response, RCAs, and post-incident reviews.
• Drive operational automation and tooling to reduce toil and MTTR.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs with Architecture and SRE.
• Represent the operations team in cross-functional planning.
