Mass Financial Services seeks a Network Sr. Manager to lead reliability, security, and evolution of enterprise network services. You will guide a team of engineers, drive roadmaps, and ensure alignment with architecture and security controls.

The role partners with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to implement scalable, observable, and resilient network solutions in a 24/7 environment.

Competenze

• 8–12+ years of IT experience with LAN/WAN and data center networks.
• Experience leading 24/7 network operations and technical staff.
• Strong expertise in BGP/OSPF, IPsec, security controls and modern infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Acts as escalation point for operational health of network services and drives incident management.
• Leads and coaches a team of network engineers; fosters inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Leads implementation and lifecycle management of network solutions aligned with architecture and security controls.
• Partners to develop and execute a network services roadmap focused on modernization and automation.
• Drives capacity planning, performance tuning, and observability with metrics and controls.
• Identifies opportunities to leverage automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with information security controls and participates in risk management.
• Translates objectives into actionable plans with clear prioritization and governance.
• Leads major initiatives and coordinates communication during incidents.
