Job summary

Sonepar is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead the reliability, performance, and security of our enterprise network. Based hybrid in Hamilton, NJ or Philadelphia, you’ll manage a team across datacenter, WAN/LAN, cloud, and SD-WAN environments to enable secure, scalable services.

You will partner with Infra, Security, and business stakeholders, driving operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement while supporting major technology initiatives and business growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure operations, or network operations management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise networking in hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day network operations, monitoring, incident management, escalation management, and service restoration activities.
• Ensure network availability, stability, and performance across enterprise environments.
• Drive network automation, IaC, scripting (Python) and API-based integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service levels.
