The candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize networks in a high-pressure environment, coordinating across teams to deliver reliable fan experiences on game days and holidays. On-site schedule is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in IT.
- CCNA/CCNP and ITIL certifications preferred.
- Experience in multisite, enterprise-class data centers and game-day operations.
Responsibilities
- System Monitoring using SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure reliability and performance.
- Lead incident management, meet SLAs, and escalate issues as needed.
- Implement and support secure networking solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments.
- Create and maintain detailed network documentation including topology maps.
