Job summary

The GVTC Foundation seeks a Network Operations Engineer to provide frontline support for GVTC’s network and ensure reliable service for 40,000+ customers in Texas.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, provision, and document network changes, participate in incident and change management, and collaborate with Network Engineering on new features.

This role requires 24x7 availability to resolve outages and help meet SLAs, with opportunities for training and growth within a performance-based company.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly.
• Experience with incident and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain GVTC network infrastructure to ensure uptime.
• Provide 24x7 support to resolve outages and meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot, provision, and document network changes and configurations.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering to test and implement new features and systems.
