Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a Telecom Network Engineer to support VTC, IPTV, and digital signage within a federal contracting environment. The role covers monitoring, documenting, and recommending upgrades for VOC operations, ensuring 24/7 availability of AV/VTC systems and collaboration edge infrastructure.

The incumbent will perform Tier 1 triage for SBC/CUBE and SIP incidents, monitor call routing and system health, assist with E911 provisioning, and maintain accurate documentation while

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of IT experience in Video Teleconferencing or collaboration operations.
• IA baseline certification and Computing related credential required.
• IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 5 at submission time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for SBC/CUBE and SIP incidents; perform Tier 1 triage.
• Monitor VTC sessions and support DLA Information Operations.
• Document maintenance, testing, and development activities with accurate reporting.
• Monitor SBC/CUBE dashboards, SIP trunk status, and system health metrics.
