Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking an IT Support Specialist II in Los Angeles, CA to deliver top-tier helpdesk support and maintain IT infrastructure. The role involves handling escalated requests, onboarding new users, and training team members, with a focus on Windows workstations and servers, advanced networking, and on-site service for local and national users.

You will monitor alerts, interpret logs, troubleshoot issues with RingCentral, Microsoft 365, and hardware, and provide courteous customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or service desk.
• Experience with Windows 10 workstations and Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Strong networking and firewall management with Cisco, Sophos, SonicWall.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service orientation.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to present to groups.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user assistance with RingCentral, Microsoft Suite, video conferencing hardware, badge printers, and building hardware.
• Deliver initial and ongoing training for team members on various IT systems and tools.
• Act as an escalation point for national customer device outages and performance issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Monitor alert systems, interpret event logs, and follow established guidelines to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Receive, assess, and resolve escalated service requests requiring advanced technical expertise.
• Facilitate new user onboarding and account setup processes.
• Install and support network services and equipment, including LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Manage network hardware support, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Provide on-site and after-hours maintenance as needed for critical systems.
• Support building systems such as door card access, wander guard, lighting, and HVAC controls.
