Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior IT support, help desk, or tech troubleshooting experience.

• Ability to guide users with varying technical skills through issues.
• Comfort with occasional on-site support in the USA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain devices for team members and clients.
• Provision and manage user accounts to ensure secure access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; provide clear guidance.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding to manage access transitions.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to IT playbooks and processes.
