Job summary

ICONIQ Studio is seeking a data-driven network professional to map and grow our global community. You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into insights, inform engagement strategies, and drive meaningful connections.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and data integration. You’ll present findings, document processes, and support hybrid work from our San Francisco office.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience building systems that integrate data from various sources to surface actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
Strong integrity, emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau and Monday.com.
Curious about how AI will influence data mapping initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze datasets to map and assess ICONIQ’s global network and inform strategy.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify strategic introductions and event opportunities.
Collaborate with internal tech teams to build and manage Salesforce customization projects while ensuring data integrity.
Develop and deliver presentations and reports highlighting network status and value creation.
Create and maintain documentation of network processes, data flow, and project requirements.
