NIQ is seeking a data-driven professional to leverage NIQ tools and analytics to answer client business questions in a CPG environment. You will work with Account Leads to enhance the customer experience, integrate AI into workflows, and translate data into compelling, actionable insights.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to coach peers while developing innovative analyses and participating in thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry or related sales, category management, or market research.
• Experience with NielsenIQ (or similar) solutions including POS & Panel data.
• Willingness to work on-site with possible in-office requirements over time.
• Curious, data-driven storytelling to answer business questions.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Digital savviness and fast learner of new concepts/tools.
• Ability to coach others in data analyses and NIQ tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with NIQ tools and metrics to solve clients' business questions and drive usage.
• Collaborate with Account Leads to elevate the customer experience.
• Integrate AI into workflows to drive efficiency and insights.
• Respond to field questions and develop analytical outlines during briefing sessions.
• Visualize data and translate numbers into actionable client recommendations.
• Prepare and present insights using NIQ standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction through relevant insights.
• Identify revenue leads and partner with Account Leads to convert to opportunities.
• Lead by example and coach junior team members.
• Participate in Thought Leadership Projects.
