Job summary

ICONIQ in New York, NY is seeking a Data Operations professional to lead data quality, integration, and automation across investment teams, client services, risk & compliance, and fund administration. You will partner with technology to build APIs and automation tools for data ingestion and transformation.

Responsibilities include centralizing data aggregation, supporting client reporting and dashboards, and ensuring NAV, capital calls, and reconciliation accuracy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Accounting or Operations experience within Hedge Fund/PE/VC or Fund Administrator.
• Experience with Addepar or another Portfolio Management Accounting System.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of private fund subscription and redemption processes.
• Knowledge of NAV, unfunded commitments, IRR and TWR calculations.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
• Experience using SQL, Snowflake or an equivalent data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Champion data quality standards and drive adoption of best practices for data integrity and security.
• Ensure scalable data infrastructure to support reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead efforts to centralize and automate data aggregation from third‑party sources.
• Support client reporting, investment dashboards, and operational analytics with accurate data.
• Review PM System data for accuracy; resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Review capital calls and distributions; ensure accurate notification and delivery to third parties.
