This role represents an entry point into Network Intelligence, focusing on analytical methods for customer-facing, pre-sales and post-sales use cases in the telecom domain. Strong SQL and Python/R skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science, analytics, or BI in telecom or connectivity domain.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large-scale datasets.
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Foundational understanding of mobile, broadband, or internet network performance metrics.
• Experience with crowdsourced datasets preferred.
• Ability to communicate analytical insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into customer- and internal-ready insights to guide decisions.
• Analyze large-scale telecom and network performance datasets, including crowdsourced data.
• Support pre-sales engagements with customer-specific analysis and data-driven insights.
• Apply established methodologies to customer, market, and competitive questions.
• Develop clear, customer-ready insights, visualizations, and data stories.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Solutions Managers during deal qualification.
• Support post-sale analysis to inform adoption and outcomes.
• Respond to analytic requests with accuracy and urgency, prioritizing customer impact.
