Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a strategic Intern to help design and optimize our San Francisco and New York City hub data architecture. You will build a Salesforce-native data model, map and segment the Bay Area network, and create actionable matching logic for entrepreneur-hub engagements.

You will document playbooks and pressure-test across offices, contributing to network health metrics and reporting. Ideal candidates are MBA students with CRM experience, strong data modelling skills, and a passion for

Qualifications

• Graduate student MBA or related program with strong relevant experience
• CRM experience, Salesforce strong plus
• Proficient data modeling and ability to define objects, fields and relationships
• Advanced spreadsheets and light scripting / no-code automation
• Experience conducting structured stakeholder interviews with senior colleagues across regions
• Genuine interest in venture capital and startup ecosystems
• Strong written and organizational skills; data hygiene and governance
• Able to work in multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for 2027 term

Responsibilities

• Design or review Hub Network Data Model and move to Salesforce-native model
• Map and segment Bay Area network with clear ownership to avoid duplicate outreach
• Build the Matching Layer to generate meeting suggestions based on sector, stage, market and needs
• Document the model as a playbook and test with multiple offices for flexibility
• Define metrics for network health and build recurring reporting view for HQ and directors
