Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a MBA student or related graduate to design and review the Hub's Network Data Model, including the person record, relationship owner, and invitation. The role moves the hub to a Salesforce-native model using Campaigns and Campaign Members and builds a segmented Bay Area network map with investors, operators, corporate partners, Endeavor alumni, and AI ecosystem players.

Qualifications

• Graduate student; MBA preferred.
• Candidates from related graduate programs encouraged.
• Background in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, IS, Data Analytics or related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing or working inside a CRM or relationship database.
• Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort with data modeling, including objects, fields, and relationships.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Comfort with light scripting or no-code automation using Apps Script, SQL, Python, or similar.
• Ability to conduct structured stakeholder interviews with senior colleagues across regions.
• Genuine interest in venture capital, startup ecosystems, and how networks create value.
• Strong written and organizational skills.
• Data hygiene and governance; comfort with enterprise data policies.
• Multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.; valid U.S. work authorization required for 2027.

• Design or review the Hub's Network Data Model, including the person record, relationship owner, and invitation
• Move the hub from its current prototype to a Salesforce-native model using Campaigns and Campaign Members
• Build a structured, segmented map of the Bay Area network, including investors, operators, corporate and platform partners, Endeavor alumni, and the AI ecosystem
• Assign coverage and ownership to prevent duplicate outreach and unowned relationships
• Develop a defensible matching method for recommending Bay Area contacts for visiting entrepreneurs
• Define matching criteria and the review and approval process for recommendations
• Document the model as a playbook for Endeavor hubs and local offices globally
• Test the playbook with at least three offices of different size and maturity
• Define network-health metrics, establish baselines, and build recurring reporting for headquarters and directors
• Deliver a working network system, a segmented Bay Area ecosystem map, and an adoptable playbook

Requirements

• Graduate student; ideally a rising second-year MBA
• Candidates in adjacent graduate programs such as data science, public policy, or information systems with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Preferred background in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience designing or working inside a CRM or relationship database
• Salesforce experience is a strong plus
