Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc is seeking a Network Engineer for a full-time onsite role located in Reno, NV or Olathe, KS. The candidate will implement and support Cisco ACI, Palo Alto firewalls, enterprise wireless networks, and IPSec VPNs, with hands-on troubleshooting across data centers and networks.

Strong packet-capture skills (Wireshark) required. The role demands expertise in DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox) and fabric health, with experience in multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including: Security policies, NAT, routing; VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access); Panorama management.
• Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
• Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
• Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
• Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing callbacks ensuring issues are resolved.
• Investigate causes, test solutions & suggest fixes to reduce resolution time.
• Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
• Understand Network support priorities and participate actively to achieve them.
• Lead technically the Operational issues in high pressure environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Assist Level 1 & 2 resources to address Network related issues.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols required.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to customers.

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer in a high pressure factory environments
• Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
• Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
• Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
• Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
• Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues.
• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
