Siri InfoSolutions Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking a Network Engineer for a full-time on-site role. Must have 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking with expertise in Cisco ACI, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Infoblox DDI.

The role involves real-time P1 troubleshooting across data center, LAN/WAN, and security domains, plus design and optimization of complex networks. W2 employment, on-site from day one, with no sponsorship required.

Qualifications

• Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including: Security policies, NAT, routing; VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access).
• Manage enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), RF optimization, roaming, high-density deployments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
• Investigate causes, test solutions, and propose fixes to reduce ticket resolution time.
• Manage equipment, hardware, and software upgrades; lead and drive operational issues in high-pressure environments.
• Assist Level 1 & 2 teams in addressing network-related issues.

Job Descriptions: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including:
• Security policies, NAT, routing
• VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access)
• Panorama management and threat prevention profiles
• Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
• Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
• Lead hands‑on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
• Real‑time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark)

Required Technical Skills

• Cisco SDA: DNA Center, ISE integration, fabric edge/control nodes, policy troubleshooting OR Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity
• Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN-OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT
• Wireless: Enterprise WLAN design, RF analysis, troubleshooting
• VPN: IPSec site-to-site, remote access, multi-vendor environments
• Infoblox: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Grid Master, HA
• Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, multicast

Roles & Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer in a high pressure factory environments
• Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
• Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
• Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
• Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
• Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues.
• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
