Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior technical owner for Finance systems in New York. You will translate business requirements into integrated solutions, owning NetSuite, ADP, and data pipeline efforts across the full project lifecycle.

You will drive AI-assisted automation for AP/AR, enable secure HIPAA-compliant data delivery, and manage contractor teams while expanding support for CFO functions. Strong leadership and hands-on integration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in system integration or engineering roles.
• Experience leading NetSuite support teams is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and integrations with Databricks or similar warehouses.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, HIPAA-compliant data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as embedded technical owner for Finance systems across full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain NetSuite, ADP, billing, and AP integrations.
• Migrate reporting (SSRS to Databricks) and lead client portal/delivery projects.
• Lead NetSuite optimization, direct support teams, and manage contractors.
• Develop secure data delivery mechanisms to prevent PHI exposure.
• Maintain engineering backlog and prioritize Finance initiatives.
