• Ability to translate complex tech into scalable learning programs.
• Proven credibility with technical practitioners and leaders.
• Experience creating training, certifications, or workshops.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.

Responsibilities

• Architect NetSec and SASE readiness strategy and enablement roadmap.
• Create role-based learning journeys: instructor-led, digital, labs, certifications, and AI-learning.
• Define proficiency standards and readiness metrics for new products.
• Lead readiness for major product launches with prerelease assets.
• Design certification frameworks, labs, and mastery programs.
• Deliver technical presentations and workshops as a trusted advisor.
• Use field feedback and metrics to improve readiness programs.
