Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Sales Training Consultant to empower global field teams with AI-enhanced enablement. You will partner across Product Management, Product Marketing, and the Field to translate roadmaps into field-ready messaging and scalable training programs.

In this remote role, you will drive NPI/NFI cadences, manage AI-driven training assets, modernize accreditation workflows, and support onboarding across EMEA, NAM, and LATAM while measuring impact on pipeline velocity

Formación

• 5+ years of enablement experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Ability to partner with Product Marketing and Product Management.
• Experience with AI-driven roleplay/coaching platforms and LMS tools.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with PM and PMM to translate roadmaps into field-ready messaging.
• Drive quarterly NPI/NFI cadence and train on new releases and differentiators.
• Own AI training assets and use AI tools to build realistic sales scenarios.
• Modernize accreditation programs and optimize workflows in the AI platform.
• Lead in-person onboarding across EMEA, NAM, and LATAM during academies.
• Create enablement modules for cross-PANW teams and align field plays.
• Measure impact with field metrics, including pipeline velocity and win rates.
