UKG is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth in the Retail & Hospitality team across the West region. You will own multi-million-dollar opportunities, build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, and lead complex sales cycles for net-new logos, leveraging consultative selling to map client requirements to UKG solutions.

The role requires a proven track record selling cloud/SaaS to executives, a quota above $2M, and the ability to work across internal

Competenze

5-7+ years selling cloud/SaaS to C-level executives; HRMS/Global Payroll a plus.
Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
5+ years selling complex deals over $1M ARR; 12+ month sales cycles.
