Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Production Support/Incident Response engineer to own triage and resolution across the application stack. You will collaborate with DevOps, DB, Network, and QA teams to drive fast restoration of services and post-incident learning.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, downstream automation, and continuous improvement of observability and runbooks to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Must have strong C#/.NET Core experience developing enterprise systems.
• Proficient Python with frameworks.
• Experience with cloud ETL and data integration (AWS Glue, Apache Spark).
• Solid AWS experience including Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Web services: SOAP, REST, Web API-based protocols.
• Messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to observability for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Git version control proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Triage and own incidents; rapid intake and prioritization of alerts and tickets.
• Act as Incident Owner during high-severity events with clear communication and fast restoration.
• Maintain real-time incident timelines and post-incident docs.
• Root-cause isolation across app, middleware, APIs, data and infra layers.
• Correlate logs/metrics/traces to identify anomalies and bottlenecks.
• Perform mitigations, rollbacks, and hotfix coordination to restore service quickly.
• Develop features and fixes for application enhancements.
• Collaborate across DevOps, Database, Network, Security, QA and vendors.
