Coforge is hiring a Production Support Engineer to provide ongoing support for US regional applications with focus on incident resolution and performance monitoring. The role requires strong Oracle database skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.

You will work with Splunk, Dynatrace, GitHub, and Jenkins to ensure reliable deployments and proactive issue prevention in a remote, LATAM-enabled setting.

Competenze

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in Production Support or Application Support.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Strong SQL skills including DDL and DML; joins, aggregates, and CASE statements.
• Experience with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.
• Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, and server log debugging skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and/or Dynatrace.
• Experience creating alerts and dashboards and optimizing monitoring alerts.
• Experience with ITIL processes including Incidents, Problems, and RFCs.
• Experience with GitHub for code debugging and Jenkins for deployments.

Mansioni

• Provide production support for US Regional Applications, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely incident resolution.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance to minimize downtime and support SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing server and application logs.
• Use Splunk and other monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and accelerate incident resolution.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data investigation and troubleshooting.
• Support application deployments using Jenkins and use GitHub for code review and debugging activities.
• Participate in ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and RFC/Change Management.
• Configure monitoring alerts and dashboards and contribute to alert optimization.
• Support the setup of tools and required infrastructure.
