Apexon seeks a Technical Analyst / .NET Developer to support production systems and develop in C#/.NET. The role combines application development with production troubleshooting, incident management, and documentation to ensure stability.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain runbooks and procedures for efficient incident handling and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C# and .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core.
• Strong production troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, incident response, and application log analysis.
• Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications and services in production.
• Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot defects, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze application logs, debug code, and identify underlying technical issues.
• Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve incidents.
• Communicate issue status, resolutions, and technical findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and production support procedures.
• Support application maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
