The role requires developing strategic plans and communicating disease and product knowledge to centers of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years field sales experience in pharma and kidney/renal disease advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of nephrology and payer landscape; ability to educate HCPs on disease and product attributes.
• Proven success in a matrixed, highly compliant sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with nephrologists and HCPs; serves as territory account manager for kidney clinics.
• Develops disease/product expertise and educates healthcare professionals on appropriate patient use.
• Understands territory, market dynamics, stakeholder mapping and access barriers.
• Manages budget, resources, and promotional activities; travels up to 80% of the time.
