Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Typically 5 years of field sales experience in pharma.
• Experience in kidney/renal or rare disease markets preferred.
• Product launch experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with nephrologists and HCPs; territory account manager for specialty kidney clinics.
• Develop disease and product knowledge; educate HCPs on product use in appropriate patients.
• Understand territory dynamics, stakeholder mapping, and access drivers/barriers.
• Lead tactical business planning, promotional activities, and budget/travel oversight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve goals and address challenges.
