Medical City Arlington is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for NICU to provide dedicated respiratory support in a high-acuity environment. You will deliver therapies, assess patients, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.

The role requires NICU experience, current RRT/Respiratory Therapist credentials, and relevant life-support certifications. Join a large, mission-driven team in a 435+ bed hospital with extensive patient-care resources.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS and NRP certifications obtained within specified timelines.
• PALS or Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 months.
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist license.
• 1+ year NICU respiratory therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care and respiratory therapy in NICU.
• Perform assessments, acuity assignments and follow Nursing Process.
• Supervise RN staff and students; function as preceptor and charge nurse as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care in NICU.
