Job summary

Medical City Alliance is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for NICU-Peds to deliver comprehensive respiratory care in a Level III NICU setting. You will apply respiratory therapies with NICU-specific competencies, while following hospital policies and collaborating with Respiratory Students in clinical care.

The role emphasizes neonatal care, airway management, and critical care support, with ongoing opportunities to work within a renowned HCA Healthcare network and advanced equipment

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC.
• One year experience in Respiratory Care and with NICU training is required.

Responsibilities

• Care for neonate population using Respiratory Care processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with NICU competency.
• Set up and monitor high flow, CPAP, ventilatory support on NICU patients.
• Respond to emergent situations and perform CPR as needed.
